Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

 

How to Start a Return

1 Email us at support@nazarioandgod.com with your order number and reason for return

2 We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)

3 Drop it off or schedule a pickup — easy

 

Note: We currently only offer returns for domestic (U.S.) orders. International orders are final sale.

 

Domestic shipping

Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)

 

Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (3-4 business days after fulfillment)

 

Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

 

International shipping

Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)

 

Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5-20 business days after fulfillment)

 

Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment, up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region) Canada only

 

Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

+ Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we inspect and approve the return

+ Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the item
